General

What is a non-VoIP number?

A non-VoIP number is a phone number that belongs to a real mobile carrier and runs on a physical SIM, the same kind of number a regular phone has. VoIP numbers come from internet calling services, and many apps can see that and refuse them. Every SNSPhone number is a US non-VoIP mobile number.

Where are your numbers from?

All numbers are United States mobile numbers from US carriers, with real US area codes. They are not VoIP, landline or app numbers, so services that turn away virtual numbers accept them like any other phone.

Why do apps reject VoIP numbers?

Apps look up the line type of a number before they send a code. VoIP numbers are cheap to create in bulk, so services such as WhatsApp, Google, Discord and OpenAI block them to stop fake accounts. A carrier mobile number passes that check.

What can I use your numbers for?

112 US services are listed, from WhatsApp, Telegram and Google to Uber, DoorDash, Amazon and Discord. Use a number to sign up, to keep your own number private and to stop codes and spam from reaching your personal phone.

I live outside the US. Can I still use your numbers?

Yes. The numbers are in the United States, but you read the codes on our website from anywhere. Some services also check where you connect from, so their own rules can still apply to your account.

Do you provide an API?

Yes. A REST API with JSON for services, prices, verifications and rentals, and the common SMS activation format (getNumber, getStatus, setStatus). Create a key in the console and see the API docs page.

Do I need an email to sign up?

No. Your account is one access token that your browser makes when you sign up. Save it: it is the only way to sign in, and it cannot be recovered if you lose it.

Verifications

How does a verification work?

Pick a service, and a US number shows at once. Enter it in the app, ask for the SMS code and read it in your console. Each verification has a 20 minute window.

How fast does the code arrive?

Usually within a minute after the service sends it. The console refreshes by itself, so keep the page open while you finish the signup.

What if no code arrives?

If no SMS arrives in 20 minutes, the verification closes and the full price returns to your credit by itself. You can also cancel earlier for a full refund as long as no code has arrived.

Can I get a second code on the same number?

Yes. After the first code, press Another code and ask the service to send a new SMS. It arrives on the same number inside the window at no extra cost.

Can I use the same number again later?

A verification is for one signup or check. When the 20 minute window ends the number is no longer yours. For an account you keep and that will ask for codes again, choose a rental.

The service did not accept the number. What do I do?

Cancel the verification before a code arrives and the full price comes back. Then buy a new one: you get a different number.

How many verifications can I keep open?

Up to 20 open verifications per account at the same time. Finish or cancel one to buy more.

Rentals

What is a rental?

A rental keeps one US non-VoIP number for one service for a long period, so later sign-in checks and new codes reach the same number. 10 services have rentals, from $35.28 for 1 year.

Which services can I rent a number for?

Telegram, Google Voice, Facebook, Uber, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, Walmart, Poshmark and Naver. Each service page shows its rental price next to the one-time verification.

How many messages can a rental receive?

Every SMS the service sends to the number during the rental shows in your console, with no limit.

Can I cancel a rental?

Yes, within the first 20 minutes and while no SMS has arrived: the full price goes back to your credit. After that the rental runs until its end date.

Can I renew a rental?

Yes. Press Renew while the rental is active and the end date moves by the same period, at the same price.

How many rentals can I keep?

Up to 20 active rentals per account.

Credits

How do I pay?

Add credit in the console through the checkout: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL and LTC. The minimum top-up is $30. Your first top-up gets a bonus: +20% from $100, +25% from $200, +30% from $300 and +35% from $500.

Are there plans or monthly fees?

No. You buy credit once and spend it on the verifications and rentals you actually use. Credit does not expire.

Are refunds automatic?

Yes. A verification without a code, or a canceled one, goes back to your credit at once, without a ticket.

Can I withdraw my credit?

Credit is used for numbers and is not paid out. Refunds for numbers without a code go back to your credit.

Ready to verify?

Create an account, add credit and get your first US number in under a minute.
