These terms apply when you use snsphone.com, the console and the API. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
SNSPhone sells United States non-VoIP phone numbers for SMS verification. A verification is one number for one service with a 20 minute window to receive its SMS codes. A rental is one number for one service for the period shown, with every SMS the service sends in that period. Prices are fixed per service and shown before you buy.
Account
Your account is one access token made in your browser at signup. We store only a protected form of it. Keep it safe: anyone with the token can use the account, and a lost token cannot be recovered.
Credit
- You pay for numbers from prepaid credit, added through the checkout in the console.
- Credit is not paid out and has no cash value outside the service.
- Refunds go back to credit, as described in the refund policy.
Acceptable use
Use numbers only for lawful signups and checks. Do not use them for fraud, spam, harassment, payments or banking, or to break the terms of the service you verify. We may close accounts that do.
Limits
Up to 20 open verifications and 20 active rentals per account, and 300 API requests per minute per key. A service may decide not to send a code to any number; in that case the refund rules apply.
Changes
We may update prices, the list of services and these terms. Changes apply from the date shown on this page; numbers already bought keep their price and period.
