Verifications: automatic refund
Each verification has a 20 minute window. If no SMS arrives in that window, the verification closes and the full price returns to your credit by itself. You do not need to ask.
Verifications: cancel before a code
While the status is Waiting you can cancel the verification in the console or with the API (POST /orders/{id}/cancel, or setStatus 8). The full price returns to your credit at once.
After a code arrives
Once a code has arrived the verification is delivered and is not refunded. You can still ask for another code on the same number inside the window at no extra cost.
Rentals
A rental can be canceled in the first 20 minutes while no SMS has arrived on it: everything paid for it returns to your credit. After that, or once an SMS has arrived, the rental runs until its end date and is not refunded.
Credit and top-ups
- Refunds always go to your credit, not to a wallet or card.
- Credit is not paid out.
- First top-up bonus: +20% from $100, +25% from $200, +30% from $300, +35% from $500. The bonus is credit for numbers and is not paid out.
