This page explains what we keep when you use SNSPhone.
What we store
- Account: a protected form of your access token, an account code, your credit and the time you signed up and last signed in.
- Verifications and rentals: the service, the number, the price, the status and the SMS received on the number.
- Payments: the amount, method and status of each top-up from the checkout.
- Security: the IP address and device type at signup, used to limit abuse.
- API: a protected form of your API key and its last four characters.
What we do not ask for
We do not ask for your name, email, own phone number or card details. Payments are handled by the checkout provider.
Cookies
We use a sign-in cookie, a language cookie and a first-visit source cookie. We do not use advertising trackers.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account on the Account page of the console when it has no credit, no open verifications and no active rentals. Records that must stay for accounting are kept without your token.
