A Alibaba phone number for verification is a United States mobile number that receives the Alibaba SMS code for you, so your own number stays private. Alibaba is a leading global wholesale marketplace connecting buyers with suppliers.
Alibaba requires a phone number during account creation or security updates, sending a verification code via SMS. SNSPhone numbers are real US carrier numbers, not VoIP, and one Alibaba verification costs $0.45 with a 20 minute window and an automatic refund if no code arrives.
Ways to verify Alibaba with a US non-VoIP number.
$0.45per verification

Sample text. The real message comes from Alibaba and shows in your console with the code picked out.
Step by step
The whole job takes about two minutes once your account has credit. Here is every step, from signup to a secured Alibaba account.
Press Sign up. Your browser makes an access token; save it as a file or copy it. No email or phone number is needed.
Open Credits and top up with USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL or LTC. The minimum is $30 ($20 in lower-income countries), and the first top-up from $100 gets a bonus.
Open New verification, pick Alibaba and confirm. A US mobile number shows at once, with a 20 minute window.
Choose United States (+1) in the Alibaba form and type the 10 digits. Ask Alibaba to send the code by SMS, not by a call.
The SMS shows in your console within moments, with the code picked out and a copy button. The page refreshes by itself.
Type the code into Alibaba, then add your own email or an authenticator app in the Alibaba settings so later sign-ins do not depend on the number.
Ask Alibaba to send the code again from its own screen. If nothing arrives in the 20 minute window, the verification closes and the full price returns to your credit by itself.
Cancel the verification while it is waiting: the full price comes back at once. Start a new one and you get a different US number.
Press Another code in the console and ask the service to send a new SMS. It reaches the same number inside the window, free.
A verification number is not yours after 20 minutes, so add your own email or an authenticator app to the account before the window ends.
More answers about numbers, refunds and rentals are on the FAQ page, and the reasons apps refuse VoIP are explained in the non-VoIP guide.
